Wallet

Load your wallet to get access to apps you need!

Your Insight Cloud Wallet is a means to load a balance of funds and use them to pay for app subscriptions and renewals. You control when and how much you load. Your balance is visible at any time from your account menu.

You can load your Wallet at any time, or during the app subscription if your wallet balance is insufficient to complete a purchase.

💡 Note: Insight Cloud lets you use your Wallet funds immediately after loading, before the invoice is paid. This ability applies as long as all outstanding invoices remain current.

How to Load Your Wallet

You can add funds to your Wallet two ways. Either directly from your account, or during an app subscription checkout when your balance is insufficient.

Standalone Reload

  1. Open your account menu from the top navigation bar.

  2. Select Wallet.

  3. Click Load Wallet.

  4. Enter the amount you want to add.

  5. Review the order form summary, terms and confirm.

Your balance updates immediately and is ready to use.

Reload During Subscription

If your Wallet balance is too low to complete a subscription, a reload prompt appears automatically in the subscription flow. You don’t need to navigate away.

  1. Select Subscribe on any app in the App Store.

  2. If your balance is insufficient, a reload prompt appears.

  3. Enter or confirm the reload amount. A suggested amount will pre-fill to cover the shortfall.

  4. Review the order form and confirm.

  5. Your Wallet is topped up and the subscription completes automatically.

What Happens After You Load

After a reload is confirmed:

Your updated balance appears in Wallet

An order form is generated for the reload amount

Funds are immediately available for subscriptions and renewals

The reload is recorded in your Wallet transaction history

Payment Terms

Every Wallet reload generates an order form. Payment is due within your organization’s agreed terms. By default, all subscribing organizations are on Net 30 (N/30) terms, meaning invoices are due within 30 days of the order form date.

This applies to both standalone Wallet reloads and reloads made during a subscription. Reload larger amounts to avoid multiple order forms for multiple app subscriptions.

Delinquent Accounts

If a Wallet load invoice is not paid within your agreed payment terms, your account is marked delinquent.

While delinquent:

You cannot subscribe to new apps

You will lose access to unpaid for app subscriptions.

Your payment terms are updated to N/0, meaning further Wallet funds cannot be used until the any unpaid balance is settled

Once all outstanding invoices are paid, your account is restored and subscription access returns automatically. Contact your Seek representative to discuss payment arrangements if needed.
