SEEK ADWEEK 2026 GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Seek Data LLC at 403 Long Hollow Pike, Suite 207
Goodlettsville, TN 37072 ("Sponsor"). GoBrands, Inc. and Fanatics Holdings, Inc., together with their respective parents,
subsidiaries, and affiliates, are not sponsors or administrators of this Giveaway. Any questions, comments, or
complaints about the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor, not to Gopuff, Fanatics, or Adweek.

2. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18
years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher) at the time of entry. Employees,
officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, Gopuff, Fanatics, Adweek, and their respective parents, affiliates,
subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, along with the immediate family members (spouse, parents,
siblings, children) and household members of each, are not eligible. Participants who are government employees or
employees of organizations with gift restrictions are responsible for confirming that they may accept the prize in
compliance with any applicable laws or employer policies.

3. Entry Period. The first Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM ET on October 5, 2026 and ends at 3:00 PM ET on October 6,
2026, and the second Giveaway begins at 3:00 PM ET on October 6, 2026 and ends at 3:00 PM ET on October 20, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter. To enter, visit www.feedyourfandom.com during the Entry Period and complete the entry form with
your first name, last name, and a valid email address, then attend the “Fandom Activated: How Fanatics, Gopuff, and
Seek connect fandom to commerce panel” on the Creativity Stage at Adweek 2026 NYC on October 6, 2026 at 4:10 PM ET to receive the first Giveaway. The second Giveaway will not require physical participation.

Alternate Method of Entry: To enter without attending the panel, send an email to thomas@seekinsights.com with the
subject line "Seek Adweek Giveaway" and include your full name and email address during the Entry Period. Alternate
entries receive the same chance of winning as all other entries.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address, regardless of method. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or
other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, are void. Incomplete, illegible, late, or
fraudulent entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or for technical
failures of any kind.

5. Winner Selection and Notification. On or about 3:30 PM ET on October 6, 2026 and 3:30 PM ET on October 20, 2026,
Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions are
final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. The potential winner of the first Giveaway will be notified by
email and announced at the panel, and the second potential winner of the second Giveaway will be notified by email.
The potential winners must respond within 5 days of email notification attempt and may be required to sign and return
an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within 7 days. If a potential winner
cannot be contacted, fails to respond or return the required documents on time, is found ineligible, or does not comply
with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.

6. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) basketball signed by Jalen Brunson for the first Giveaway. Approximate
Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,000.00. One (1) winner will receive one (1) jersey signed by Peyton Manning for the second
Giveaway. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,000.00. Any difference between actual and stated ARV will not beawarded. The prizes are non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or substitution is available, except that Sponsor may
substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize is provided "AS IS,"
without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Shipping, if necessary, will be to a U.S. address only. The winner is
solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with the prize not expressly
specified here. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability. By entering, each participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless
Sponsor, GoBrands, Inc., Fanatics Holdings Inc., Adweek, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates,
officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims,
damages, liabilities, losses, or injuries of any kind arising from or relating to participation in the Giveaway, attendance
at the panel or event, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including claims based on publicity
rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, or personal injury. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical,
hardware, software, network, or telephone failures, or for any human or printing error in connection with the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor
beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning, and in that case, to select a winner
from eligible entries received before the action was taken.

9. No Endorsement. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the NBA,
NFL, the Indianapolis Cots, the New York Knicks, Jalen Brunson or Peyton Manning. The names and trademarks of
Gopuff, Fanatics, Seek, and any team or league belong to their respective owners and are used for identification
purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement of Sponsor or of this Giveaway, except as expressly authorized.

10. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to
use the winner's name, city and state of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes, in any media, without
additional compensation.

11. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is collected by Sponsor and will be used in accordance with Sponsor's
Privacy Policy at link. By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Sponsor and may
unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

12. Disputes and Governing Law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard
to conflict-of-law principles. Entrants agree that any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any class
action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Any recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket
costs of entry, if any, and in no event includes attorneys' fees or punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. General. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions. Sponsor may
disqualify anyone found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these rules. If any provision is held
invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
