Wallet Administration

For admins — manage workspace Wallet funds, purchasing permissions, and spend visibility.

The Wallet is your organization's payment balance inside Insight Cloud. As an admin, you control who can load funds, who can spend them, and how spend is monitored across your workspace.

What you can do as an admin

Manage funds

Load Wallet balances, review available balance, and reload when needed.

Control purchasing permissions

Define which roles or users can use Wallet funds to subscribe to apps. Restrict, expand, or revoke access as your team changes.

Monitor activity

Review transaction history, track spend by app or user, and export Wallet activity for reporting.

Govern subscriptions

See which apps are subscribed against the Wallet. Manage renewals, pause subscriptions, or cancel where appropriate.

How to access Wallet administration

  1. Open Administration from the sidebar.

  2. Select Subscriptions & Billing → Wallet.

  3. Review current balance, activity, and permissions.

When to use this

Reach for Wallet administration when you need to:

  • Load funds for upcoming subscriptions or renewals

  • Change a user's ability to make Wallet purchases

  • Audit spend across the workspace

  • Export transaction history for finance or reporting
