1. Get access

Currently, all Insight Cloud accounts are created by Seek. Please reach out to us if you’d like an account.

2. Sign in

Complete the Insight Cloud activation flow based on your organization’s configuration:

3. Check out the Sidebar

Hooray! You’re logged in! As a heads up the left-hand sidebar gives you fast access to key areas in the platform:

  • Home: your apps, app collections, recent activity and more…

  • My Apps: all the apps you have access to launch and manage

  • AI: get personalized platform guidance and insights

  • App Store: browse and subscribe to new apps

4. Launch your first app

  1. Go to My Apps (or the App Store if you need to subscribe to one first).

  2. Select any app you have access to (preferably one that fits your role or goals ⚡)

  3. Explore the app - apply filters, view/click into charts, and check key metrics for insights.

  4. Review insights and export or share them as needed.

Insight Cloud includes several core areas that help you get the most out of your account. The sections below outline what each feature does and when you’ll use it.

App Store

The App Store is where you browse and subscribe to new apps.

AI

AI in Insight Cloud helps you navigate the platform, understand insights faster, and get intelligent guidance as you work.

Admin Features

Admins use this area to configure how Insight Cloud works for their team.
