Overview: From the right hand User pain, Admins can add/remove Insight access.
How to assign a user to an Insight:
- Navigate to Admin Panel via the the menu in the top left of Insight Cloud
- Navigate to User Management
- Find the particular user you are looking for via:
- Search
- Or multiple page listings
- Search
- Click on the pencil icon in their row
- A new right-hand pain will open and locate 'Insight Access'. From here you can see the Insights a user has access to today.
- Click Edit to alter the Insights the user has access to. Admins can search for Insights or scroll through the list:
- Click 'Save' to activate those Insights for that given user.
