Overview

Every app in Insight Cloud relies on datasets that refresh on a defined schedule. Data Freshness tells you what time window your app's insights are based on, so you know how current the analysis you're looking at really is.

Data Freshness shows you:

  • When the app last ran its analysis

  • How recent the underlying source data is

  • When the next analysis is scheduled

Data Freshness fields explained

Analysis as of

The date the app last ran its calculations. This is the most recent analysis cycle, not necessarily the most recent data.

Data as of

How current the underlying dataset is. The freshness of the raw data, independent of the app's analysis schedule.

Next Scheduled Analysis

When the app will next run its analysis, based on the cadence set by your organization admin. Helps you anticipate when updated insights will appear.
